There's a whole lot going on this week at Outlier. We're starting off with three shirt experiments, then unfortunately splicing in some rough news before finishing it off with a few new combo packs and re-ups.
The Air Forged Oxford is the first test run of a fabric we've been custom developing for a while now. An oxford cloth made from one of our favorite obscure fibers, an air texturized Supplex. We're still dialing in the final product, but this test run has all the durable soft hand that makes this stuff so great. Plus it's blazed with a Nano-Tex treatment to make a cleaner shirting. Please note this shirt is cut extra slim at the waist, so check your measurements before buying.
The Blazed Two-Ply Pivot is an experiment in making the perfect white shirt. The two-ply construction makes a more dense, sharp shirting than our traditional Blazed Cotton. It trades off a touch of breathability, but the result is a crisp and snappy white shirt with a great sweat resistance to ensure you look your best. WWW.OUTLIER.CC/BLAZEDTWO
The Freeflannel Overshirt is just one of those fabrics we fell in love with at first touch. A soft brushed cotton, with a subtle and surprising stretch. All sewn up in our Pivot Sleeve Overshirt pattern for a great fit and sharp looks, of course. WWW.OUTLIER.CC/FREEFLANNEL
Now for the rough news. As you're likely well aware, Outlier garments aren't exactly cheap but we do work incredibly hard to make them a good value. Last year we apparently tried too hard, we held many of our prices down even as our fabric and production costs rose. This means the price of Outlier is about to go up. We're still working out the exact details, but the good news is we're giving you heads up; the new prices won't go into effect for another week or two. Unfortunately we can only keep making the good stuff if the numbers all add up at the end of the day.
