Energetic, lively and aromatic everyday Alsace white blend. While Alsace is noted primarily for its varietal white wines, the designation ‘Gentil d’Alsace’ indicates a traditional Alsace white blend. Bott Geyl’s Métiss is a blend of Muscat, Riesling, Sylvaner, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc. Traditionally (in the 1920’s) Gentil wines were field blends, grown together, harvested together and vinified together. Today, however, each variety is grown, harvested and vinified separately.
