For over 40 years, the International CES® in Las Vegas has been the proving ground for innovators and
breakthrough technologies. As an automaker driven by innovation, we’ve showcased many of our emerging technologies here over the last four years.
Click below to watch the video of this year’s keynote address from Audi, highlighting the newest piece of scientific theory that we’ve
turned into scientific fact—piloted driving.
A sneak peek at the newest Audi—
the all-new Audi Q3
The all-new 2015 Audi Q3 has a particular calling: the perfection of urban transportation.
Audi answers the challenge of unforgiving city streets, snarled traffic and tight parking with elegant yet practical design,
ideal performance and advanced technology in a compact crossover. Take advantage of a powerful 200-hp 2.0-liter
TFSI® engine plus agile handling as you negotiate the urban labyrinth.
Choose from available technologies such as MMI® navigation
plus,1 Audi connect® with
Google Earth,™2 and Audi side assist that orients you to surrounding traffic—all
making the Q3 more than just a vehicle. It’s the Audi of urban transport.
Audi took a historic design and added one of its most revolutionary technologies at CES.
The Audi sport quattro® laserlight concept is reminiscent of the
1983 Audi sport quattro® in design, but the technology in this concept
car goes far beyond its predecessor. Its laserlight headlights combine matrix LEDs outside to generate an aperture mask, while the inner element
produces laser light for high-beam functionality, demonstrating once again that Audi is the leader when it comes to automotive lighting technology.
The connected car was often thought to be a dream. Accessing apps, passengers surfing the Internet and remote interaction with
your vehicle (locking, unlocking doors) was something that has been happening, albeit slowly. But the dream of a fully connected car
is closer than ever before. Audi is one of several automakers to join the Open Automotive Alliance (OAA) in the development of optimized
pathways between in-vehicle infotainment systems and current Android™ mobile devices.
Down the line, these technologies will help developers create Android™ apps that
enhance the driving experience. This, in addition to previously announced work on iOS platforms with Apple® devices, continues our commitment to delivering
a more connected car.
The Audi S4—performance
at a completely different level
The Audi S4 may turn heads with the exhilarating performance of its 333-hp 3.0-liter TFSI V6 engine,
but it also commands plenty of attention just from its elegant yet sporty stance and aggressively styled front.
1 MMI navigation plus depends on signals from the worldwide Global Positioning Satellite network.
The vehicle’s electrical system and existing wireless and satellite technologies must be available and operating properly for the system to function.
The system is designed to provide you with suggested routes in locating addresses, destinations and other points of interest.
Changes in street names, construction zones, traffic flow, points of interest and other road system changes are beyond the control of Audi of America, Inc.
Complete detailed mapping of lanes, roads, streets, toll roads, highways, etc., is not possible; therefore, you may encounter discrepancies between
the mapping and your actual location. Please rely on your individual judgment in determining whether or not to follow a suggested MMI navigation plus route.
For mapping updates, please see your Audi Dealer or call 1.800.FOR.AUDI (367.2834) for details.
2 Always pay careful attention to the road, and do not drive while distracted.
The features and technologies discussed above are optional, may require an additional subscription with separate terms and conditions, and should be used only when it is safe and appropriate.
The Wi-Fi® hotspot feature is intended for passenger use only.
