Dear Clients:

As most of the world is monitoring the COVID-19 news internationally and the uncertainty surrounding the spread of the virus, we wanted to update our dedicated clients on our approach to service your needs during this unsettling time. The health and safety of our Baker|McGuire employees and customers are vitally important to us and we are doing everything possible in preventing the spread of this virus. We are taking every precaution within our facilities while continuing to operate as normally as possible. Our factories will continue to manufacture and ship furniture on regular schedules as our global supply chain is uninterrupted. Further, our customer service is available to answer your questions and provide assistance as usual.

Barring anything beyond our control, the sales personnel in our corporate showrooms will meet you in person as before, either by appointment or during normal business hours. In addition, they can be reached by teleconferencing or internet video conferencing based on your preference. All project material fulfillment, communications, and sales transactions can be handled by whichever method you prefer to ensure that your projects continue to go forward and on schedule.

By now, you are aware that the International Home Furnishings Market has been postponed from April until June. Since new products are the lifeblood of our industry, we want you to know that we will not delay our new product development process. In fact, our plan is to install our High Point showroom in April as normal and develop photography, sales, and marketing materials accordingly. We have already initiated production for the new products with availability prior to the fall selling season. Your sales representative or showroom will share more with you as quickly as possible, but we want you to know that we are progressing without delay and look forward to sharing our exciting new introductions very soon.

This year Baker celebrates our 130th year of designing product that is both aspirational and timeless. We know the reason for this longevity is due to the trusted partnerships we have formed together. As such, together we will forge ahead.

During these difficult and uncertain times, our goal is to be mindful of the everchanging landscape caused by COVID-19 and to keep in constant communication with all the Baker|McGuire clients and partners.
