Work Out In the Morning Working out first thing means it's a priority before you start your day and you'll have time after work to do other holiday-related activities.
Traveling? Plan Ahead Traveling to family or friends places? If you're staying at a hotel, see if they have a fitness center. If you're staying with family or friends, ask if there are parks or running trails closeby, or plan simple workouts with minimal equipment. They may have fitness equipment you can use, too!
Prepare Yourself Create a 10 minute workout plan with you that you can do anywhere, anytime (Example: Choose 5 exercises and do each for two minutes). If you have access to a laptop, bring a fitness DVD that you can watch whenever you choose.
