Last week we spoke with fitness instructor, Lena R. She introduced us to a circuit training workout that combined strength training and cardio. A few of us at the Danskin offices gave it a try and by Friday we were incredibly sore but still completely motivated! Variety is key when exercising so you don't get bored, and we loved that every day was a new and different workout.
This week we wanted to address problem areas that may need some extra attention. Toning and firming are key when it comes to looking and feeling good about your body. Remember that eating right is an important part of seeing results and regaining a healthy lifestyle. Track your daily eating habits with a food diary and see what you're eating. Then use healthy substitutions for some of the higher calorie items and don't forget to eat your veggies!
