Instead of a "diet" focus on a healthy lifestyle as a whole. Watch portion sizes, and ensure you are getting the proper nutrients for your age group and weight.
Reward Yourself:
Set goals for fitness, health, and in other aspects of your life and be sure to reward yourself when you achieve them! This way, you'll feel great about achieving your goal, and be ready to set and accomplish many more.
