A collaboration between data, art and storytelling, revealing how we move, powered by the UP® system.
As CEO of a leading sports and entertainment agency, I have the privilege of watching at least one of my clients compete nearly every day of the year. 2014 is going to be a great year for sports with the World Cup, Super Bowl, and Winter Olympics. The global UP community will have plenty of inspiration— whether they log their workouts dancing, cycling or swimming, there is certain to be a spectacle for all.

What are your exercise habits?
Every morning, first thing, no matter where I am in the world, I get up and exercise. That is my first priority. Whether it’s circuit training, SoulCycle®, cardio, yoga or cycling, I’m up and moving.
Do you have a particular diet that you follow?
I became a vegan two years ago because I wanted to make a change. The results in my overall health have been incredible and I feel great!
UP is a wristband and app that tracks how you sleep, move and eat—then helps you use that information to feel your best.
Analysis is based on anonymously captured data and demographic information from hundreds of thousands of UP wearers. To identify over-represented workouts, we compared the proportion of workouts of UP wearers in different geographies and demographics against that of all UP wearers who logged a workout. All results are statistically significant.
