Hurricane Sandy and Jetsetter

We hope this message finds you and your family safe and well after the devastation caused by Hurricane Sandy this week.

Jetsetter is a New York City-based company, and we have been experiencing first-hand the stresses and strains that the storm has wrought on our city and other parts of the Atlantic Coast. As you might imagine, our number one priority has been to ensure the safety of the Jetsetter team and of the Jetsetter members who are traveling with us at this time, while continuing to operate our business to the best of our abilities.

I wanted to share a few comments on our business:

Member Services: We know some of you have had problems reaching us in the last couple of days. Our phone systems are now fully operational and we are now observing our regular member services hours every day. If you are on a Jetsetter trip to or from the affected area, or have one planned in the next few days and are concerned about it, we recommend that you contact our member service team via phone at 877.573.8872, or via email at

Jetsetter Now: Many of you have been using the Jetsetter Now feature in our iPhone app to book same-night stays in New York, Boston, Chicago, Miami, Las Vegas, San Francisco and Los Angeles. We are working as hard as we can to continue to make rooms available in each of these cities for those still stranded by the storm.
