On December 15, 2013, Loehmann’s Holdings Inc. and its affiliates filed voluntary petitions for relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the "Bankruptcy Court"). As part of the bankruptcy process, on February 25, 2014, the
Bankruptcy Court entered an order establishing April 7, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time) as the last date and time to file a proof of claim against LHI Liquidation Co. Inc. (f/k/a Loehmann’s Holdings Inc.), LI Liquidation Co. (f/k/a Loehmann’s Inc.) and LOC Liquidation Co. Inc. (f/k/a Loehmann’s Operating Co.) (collectively, the "Debtors") for claims arising prior to December 15, 2013. The types of claims that could be asserted by customers include, for example, claims
for unused gift cards and store credits, claims for any injuries incurred at a Loehmann’s store location, or other claims involving merchandise purchased from the Debtors.
Receipt of this notice does not indicate that the Debtors believe you have a claim. If you believe you have a claim against the Debtors, you must file a proof of claim so that it is actually received by the Debtors’ claims and noticing agent, Epiq Bankruptcy Solutions, LLC, on or before April 7, 2014
at 5:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time).
