This summer, prevent foot injury by saving flip-flops for the beach. 

Flip-flops may be easy and breezy during the summer, but the lack of support can mess with our natural stride and cause long-term foot issues like plantar faciitis. Sport the flimsy footwear at the pool, beach, or for quick errands but slip into more supportive shoes for longer excursions.
