Today, roll out the yoga mat for a physical and mental workout.  

Yoga’s just as good for your brainwaves as it is for your core. The link between exercise and brain function is nothing new, but a new study shows that a short yoga session improves memory and attention span better than sweating it out on the treadmill. The reason? The breathing exercises and meditation that occur during yoga keep the mind sharp even while the body’s working hard.
