Strive for a balanced, vitamin-rich diet instead of taking sweet gummy vitamins.    

Leave gummy vitamins to the kids — the FDA doesn’t regulate vitamins, so it’s tough to know exactly what you’re getting. Research hasn’t proved that the “healthy” gummies harm or hurt. Plus, vitamin-popping adults are likely health-conscious to begin with, so they probably get enough vitamins from food anyway.
