Work on self-acceptance and affirmation by taking time to genuinely compliment yourself.    

For most of us, self-esteem issues stem from the negative voices in our own heads. Break the cycle of zoning in on perceived flaws and imperfections by spending some time articulating (aloud, if necessary!) your unique talents and gifts.
