Unless told otherwise by a doc, you can probably skip fish oil pills.

Fish oil might be the most hyped nutritional supplement ever. Supposedly, it can prevent heart disease, improve cognition, treat depression, reverse eye problems, and cure Alzheimer’s. However, most of those claims are pretty fishy — unless a doctor specifically prescribes it, most of us are just fine without these popular pills loaded with omega-3 fatty acids. READ MORE...
