This afternoon, have a quick, impromptu picnic by taking your lunch outdoors.  

Appreciating the great outdoors doesn’t always mean planning multi-day trek in the woods. Getting outside can be as simple as switching up your daily routine. Instead of eating in front of the computer, take lunch to a park or other green space for a quick stress-busting nature break in the middle of the day.
