Stop Eating at Your Desk and Grab a Nature Break

Email sent: Jun 27, 2013 10:00 am

This afternoon, have a quick, impromptu picnic by taking your lunch outdoors.

Appreciating the great outdoors doesn’t always mean planning multi-day trek in the woods. Getting outside can be as simple as switching up your daily routine. Instead of eating in front of the computer, take lunch to a park or other green space for a quick stress-busting nature break in the middle of the day.

Lunch Break

Most Americans spend more than eight hours a day in front of the computer. Take advantage of your lunch hour for a well-needed break from screen-time.

Walk it Out

Employees who squeeze in physical activity throughout the day are happier, more productive, and more energetic. So get moving!
