Got great arms? If so, add long gloves to your strapless gown. While gloves make a strong visual impact, they are not for every bride.
Nothing detracts more from a splendid wedding gown than the wrong accessory. But done right, gloves can be elegant and sophisticated. As a rule, the earlier in the day the service is, the shorter the glove should be. Long gloves, which necessitate well-toned arms, look sensual next to bare skin and the proportions create the illusion of height.— XO, Vera
Spring 2014 Bridal Collection
Vera describes her Spring 2014 Bridal Collection as a celebration of both architecture and discipline. "The graphic play of black and white, the layering of new laces, texture on texture and an exploration of different volumes all express a new level of modern sensuality with a decidedly fashion edge." Visit Vera Unveiled to see the new collection or view the video here.
The perfect accessory for a romantic dinner for two, Vera Wang's Orient Candlesticks were inspired by the designer's classic bridal jewelry collection. The 4.5" pair is the perfect addition to your wedding registry or gift for any engaged couple. (Retail price, $125)

A Chic Country Wedding
Stephen and Leah planned a “rustic country” theme for their September 2012 wedding in their home state of Indiana. Inspired by the farming community they grew up in, the couple met in junior high school, they wed at The Rapp Owen Granary and used a variety of local and meaningful inspiration for their wedding details: jam favors made from her mom’s garden, straw bales from grandpa’s farm, and bridesmaid bouquets made from wheat and locally grown dried flowers. Visit Vera Unveiled to see their personalized and elegant farm-friendly wedding details.
