Hey loves,

It has been a minute and its always hard knowing what to say when you've been away for a while.

Rather than overthink it, I'm going to dive right in and write from where I'm at, which is a place of growth.

Professionally and Personally.

Its funny how the ripple effect of change in one area is often reflected in another. How the force that is maturation seeps its way into the varying crevices of life, some more detectable and obvious than others but nevertheless still there, simmering.

And how that leads us into the manifestation of maturation made real. Supporting a transition that acts as a vessel for reinvention and a redirection onto a more aligned path.

So I'm coming to you today with some stories of my recent professional reinventions and transitions…

New website - This week I pressed publish on my new website, it feels like home and I'm really happy with the way its turned out. Its now reflective of my new direction, a place where I'm working with more corporates and companies on one-side as well as individuals in my private coaching practice. A place
where I'm talking Careers, Creativity, Leadership and Crafting a Wholehearted life. You can check it out here.

Back to school - I started my Coach Supervisor training last month which is rather wonderful. Being in a learning environment is one of my many happy places and to be in that territory again makes my spirit smile. I'm excited to add Supervision to my business model from the New Year and I'm currently having Chemistry Calls with interested peeps. As a Trainee Supervisor I need a number of accredited hours to get my certification and so have an introductory offering to reflect this. If you'd like to be supervised by me then get in touch.

This Newsletter - You'll notice this email is called ‘Notes of Inspiration’ and it's the next iteration of my newsletter journey. Nuff said.

Whilst these are glossy consequences of growth there is inevitably lots of big and little steps paving the way…
1. The soul searching to dip into the knowing.
2. Examining the data and the story it tells on what's working and not working in real terms aka time/revenue/energy.
3. Considering what the season of life warrants, wants and needs.

There are some reinventions both professionally and personally which mean we have to dig really deep.

Ones that take us to the edges of what we think we can hold.

Grand decisions and radical changes.

Those matters of the heart that shake to the core everything we've known.

As tension fuelled as it can become, it is so worth it.

Dipping into your heart and making a room of your own to actually listen to your own voice.

Allowing it the space to climb from depths and take a seat at the table entrusted as your guide for your vision, direction and next best step.

I'm sending copious amounts of love for what you are reinventing right now.
For the transitions you are in trenches of and the ones you are dancing around as you work on allowing the knowing to rise and trusting it enough to let it take the wheel.

And for those reinventions that are inescapably inevitable yet currently remain unknown. Predestined and forthcoming and all part of the human experience.

From work to life and everything in between.

Whilst only you can do it, please know you don't have to do it alone.

Whilst you're doing it for yourself, you don't have to do it by yourself.

I'm certainly not. One of my biggest lessons from this wildly complex, passionate and significant season of my life is that support (in all ways and from all sources) is my greatest asset.

If you're looking for coaching support get in touch. I also have a new Life Coaching 121 offering and a reimagined ROOTED (coaching subscription) in the works that might be for you.

Wishing you a gentle start to the week.

Sending love,
Nicola
