I'd forgotten the magic that exists at my fingertips.
 
Over recent weeks those reminders have come in the form of 3 M's. 
 
Music. Movement. Multivitamins.
 
I recently bought a new laptop and got a free 3 months subscription to Apple Music and so I've been listening to a lot more music than I usually would and the difference its made has been viscerally palpable.
 
Yet I've always had access to music.
 
Or there's the multivitamins that I love to buy. Expensive, highly recommended and good quality...but am I taking them on a regular basis!?!?!
 
Nope.
 
And then movement.
 
From walking to lifting weights and stretching.
 
I was leaving it all on the table.
 
Until I didn't.
 
Until I listened, sung and danced, took the damn vitamins and lifted the weights and stretched my body and remembered the power they have to change my state and lift my mood.
 
The life-affirming impact they have to ignite our imagination and harness our intuition.
 
There is so much at our fingertips that we aren't taking hold of and inviting or even allowing in.
 
Often we are looking for the monumental 'solution' to what we believe needs changing. 
 
Maybe its the simplicity that acts as a turn-off!?!
 
The desire for it to be big and grandiose and so equalling worthy.
 
Yet in this modern life and in recent times we are being nudged towards the simpler, smaller, steadier.
 
I know I certainly am.
 
In all ways.
 
Seeking out what is available to me and more importantly, what I'm available for.
 
More music, movement and multivitamins please!
