Updated Privacy Policy - Restriction in processing health data


Today, Ada is supporting more than 8 million users around the world.

As such, we’re constantly evolving our service to ensure the best outcomes for our global user base. As part of this, we’ve made some updates to our systems and the associated Privacy Policy. So in a few weeks, we will ask you to provide a new consent to certain data processing for new and existing functions through a refined process in your Ada app.

Until we receive your new consent, some functions of the app will be limited as we have restricted the processing of your personal health data for all purposes other than for the basic use of the symptom assessment. In the meantime, you will still be able to start new symptom assessments, and access and review your old assessments.
