4 steps to get a power of attorney | What if you don't have a will?

Family in park

Dear Mr

Thousands of people get in touch with us every year with questions about power of attorney. It’s not surprising that it's such a popular topic, as we all want to make sure we can continue to look after our loved ones and they can look after us when it comes to finances, health and care.

You might be wondering whether you should set up a power of attorney so you can make decisions for a loved one, or so they can make decisions for you. Alternatively, you may be wondering which sort of power of attorney you need to apply for, or may need to change your existing agreement.

Our guide has all the information you'll need to take the next steps.
