Run for Age NI

Hello

What are your plans for 2017? At the start of a new year many people resolve to get fit and healthy, so in this email we have highlighted some opportunities that might inspire you!

Whether you call them gutties, guddies or just plain trainers, you could put them on and run for Age NI this year! Here are some upcoming running events:

Carlingford Half Marathon & 10K - Saturday 4 March 2017
Omagh Half Marathon & 5K Run & Walk - Saturday 1 April 2017
TQ10K & 1 Mile Fun Run - Sunday 9 April 2017
Great Ireland Run 10K - Sunday 9 April 2017
Belfast City Marathon - Bank Holiday Monday 1 May 2017

Whether you want to take part in your first fun run or tenth marathon, we'd love to have your support. We'll give you a fundraising pack and Age NI t-shirt. Raising money for Age NI will help us be there for the thousands of older people in Northern Ireland facing later life alone.
