Slip into Slippers for Age NI

Slip into Slippers

As the nights become cooler there's something so comforting about slipping on a pair of your favourite slippers. For young and old alike, slippers represent comfort and warmth.
We are inviting everyone at school or at work, to participate in a Slip into Slippers Day on Friday 20 October (or another day of your choice), where you can wear your slippers for the day!

For a £2 donation each person can enjoy a day of footloose freedom in their slippers. Your donations will help us to provide services and support for older people in Northern Ireland.
BBC Newsround
Professor Stephen Heppell from Bournemouth University said he found children behaved better at school without shoes. He researched the topic for more than 10 years in 25 countries!
