Get more done with the mobile app
Some tasks—like picking and receiving—can be a lot faster when you have a mobile device to update records on the spot.

And our mobile app's built-in barcode scanning makes product lookup much easier: just pick up a product and scan it to see the relevant details. 

Our mobile app is available with any Cloud plan, and this video will show you just a few ways it can help you work faster today.

Receive alerts about new assignments

Assigning orders in inFlow is one of the best ways to improve team communication. When an order is assigned it's clear to everyone who has to take action on it next, which makes it less likely that the order could be missed on a busy day. 

The new email assignment notifications make it easier for team members to keep up with assigned work. By default, you'll receive a new email whenever someone else assigns an order to you. And if the order is a purchase or sales order, you'll be able to tap on the link and go straight to that order.

Amazon + Squarespace integration improvements

These changes actually went out last month, but we didn't have enough room to write about them.

inFlow now supports the AmazonEU marketplace, as well as pushing inventory to Amazon FBM (Fullfilled by Merchant) accounts. 

And we have some improvements for Squarespace customers, too. inFlow now pushes inventory levels to Squarespace immediately, instead of once per hour. So your site visitors will always have an up-to-date view of your inventory levels.

This is Amira: she supports customers like you with troubleshooting, going over workflows, and making sure your experience with inFlow is top of the line! She's really focused on the nitty gritty, behind-the-scenes details that keep the support team organized and ready to help customers.

One of Amira's major goals is to live life to the fullest, through the good times and the bad times! Just like she did when she went camping this past weekend while it was pouring rain—she had the time of her life and was rewarded by the universe with some warm sunny rays on the last day of camping.

Amira loves the outdoors and experiencing all that the Natural world has to offer, through learning about how it heals us or simply spending time relaxing soaking up the sun with friends and family 🙂
