Monthly Newsletter

Hello everyone,
It's been a busy two months here at inFlow HQ. We've been expanding the inFlow team so we can get more done at a faster rate.
Today we'll cover a few new features, our latest Quick Start videos and webinar, and introduce you to one of our product managers.

Importing improvements

inFlow can help you get away from spreadsheets, but that doesn't mean you won't have to import them (or explain to others how to import).

The new import animation helps this process along by showing how spreadsheet columns will be mapped to fields in inFlow.

To see this new screen first-hand, just start an import from the web app. You'll see the animation on imports like Product Details or Stock Levels after you've uploaded a CSV file.

Changes to web reporting

This past month we modernized the reporting categories in the web app.

You still have access to all of the same reports as before, but they're re-categorized to reflect the type of work they're related to.

There's also a beautiful new animation to introduce reports and how they can be printed or saved as PDFs.

Quick Start videos
Got three minutes to learn about inFlow? Great! That's exactly what these videos focus on.

If you've been curious about custom fields or barcoding—or if you just need to teach a new team member about inFlow— this Quick Start playlist is for you.

Webinar: Smart Scanner 2
Curious to learn more about the latest generation of inFlow's Smart Scanner? You're not alone—and that's why we hosted a webinar all about our newest hardware.

This replay will take you through the Smart Scanner's features, demo how tough the darn thing is, and compare it to smartphones or other more expensive scanners on the market.

We've also tagged this webinar replay with chapter markers so you can skip just to the parts you'd like to see.

Meet Tavis
This is Tavis: proud owner of two bunnies, a 1986 Toyota MR2, and one of the coolest home office setups at inFlow.

He's one of our product managers for inFlow, responsible for making our products easier and more delightful to use.

Tavis is one of the architects behind inFlow Pay—our service that helps American and Canadian businesses receive payments online. Oh, and he also worked on reorganizing our web reports for easier navigation.

More recently, thanks to all the COVID-induced home time, Tavis dug out his old Rock Band set and has been hosting solo jamming sessions. He's also had a lot of time to look at the bare walls of his apartment and definitely plans to do something with them soon. Real soon.

That's all for now everyone, we'll be in touch again soon!
