We released three new features in the past month that we're excited to tell you about, as well as a convenient new way to see your inFlow support tickets in one place.

Let's dig into it!

Ship with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and more 
We’ve partnered with the folks at EasyPost to enhance the shipping workflow right inside of inFlow. You can now:
 
  • shop rates from multiple carriers 
  • add package details and customs info
  • buy and print shipping labels
  • keep existing preferred rates with carriers (if you have them)
  • email tracking numbers to customers

In short—you can now pick, pack, and ship entirely from inFlow. And EasyPost accounts are free if you ship under 10,000 packages per month.

Want to try it out?

Head to Company Settings in the web app and select Manage shipping.

Serial numbers on your smartphone

Serial numbers have come to inFlow Cloud for Mobile:
 
  • view serial numbers on products or orders
  • pick or receive serial numbers
  • scan serial numbers
  • generate new serials (with prefixes or suffixes) 

We’ve basically brought the serial number workflow from the web and Windows apps and adapted it to fit nicely on a smaller screen.

And as a bonus: you can now create and print labels for serial numbers.

Restrict sales reps

We’ve got a new feature to help manage larger or distributed sales teams:

You can now restrict sales reps to their own orders and customers. 

A restricted sales rep only sees orders and customers where they are the designated sales rep, and any records they create would designate them as the sales rep by default. 

Restrict sales rep is only available on select inFlow plans and you can learn more about it in this support article.

See all your support tickets in one place

As you probably already know, inFlow support is included with every plan. But great support isn’t just about troubleshooting—it also means making it easy for you to see your open tickets or ticket history. 

That’s why we've upgraded our customer portal. It’s your one-stop-shop for viewing:

 
  • your inFlow support tickets
  • tickets from other people at your company
  • the status of any of your tickets

We know your email is already a busy place, so you can head to the customer portal to see all of your messages with our support team. 

It takes just a minute to set up and this quick guide can show you how.
