At the end of the year we'd like to look back at all the diversity initiatives we have taken through the Women@Artefact program. It aims to develop an inclusive corporate culture, help women access data careers and increase the number of women in top management positions at Artefact.
We hope these actions will also inspire you to increase the presence of women in the Tech business, simply because data prove that when there is parity between male and female in the board of enterprises, companies are +25% more productive and efficient!
