You may be impacted by our upcoming improvements

Dear Mr Dhifwlgicra,

We wanted to let you know we’ll be carrying out some planned improvements to the Executive Club soon, which will temporarily restrict access to your Executive Club account and how you can use your Avios.

From the afternoon of 13 November 2021 until the morning of 17 November 2021 (GMT), you’ll be unable to log in to your Executive Club account or spend your Avios. But rest assured, you will continue to collect Avios during this time.

Access your Executive Club account on ba.com or through any of the British Airways mobile apps
Make a booking or check in online, however you won’t be able to redeem any Avios
Make changes to any booking paid for using Avios. If you're travelling on an Avios booking between 13 and 17 November 2021 and need to make a change, please contact us
Make changes to a booking if it was paid for using cash Visit ba.com/managemybooking
Spend your Avios on flights, cabin upgrades, hotels, car hire, bags and seats
Continue to collect Avios, though the Avios may take a little longer to arrive in your account
Buy food and drink on board using Avios
Earn Avios for food and drink purchased on board
Shop through eStore and buy, gift or transfer Avios
Collect Avios for any eStore purchases made before 13 November 2021
Claim missing Avios or Tier points from British Airways or our partners
Submit claims for missing Avios or Tier points after 17 November 2021
