For vaccinated persons and persons who have recovered from Covid-19:
• Covid-19 test before the flight and when entering Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania – not required;
• Self-isolation when entering Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania – not required;
• International certificate or document proving the vaccination or recovery from covid-19 or EU Digital Covid Certificate – required;
• The electronic questionnaire must be filled before the actual arrival to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
For those who have not been vaccinated against Covid-19 or recovered from it, arriving from the EU, EEA countries, Switzerland, Britain and low-risk third countries (with an infection rate below 150 persons per 100 000 inhabitants in the past 14 days when arriving to Estonia, with an infection rate below 75 persons per 100 000 inhabitants in the past 14 days when arriving to Latvia) and arriving from green / orange zone countries to Lithuania:
• A negative Covid-19 test before the flight and when entering Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania – required;
• Self-isolation when entering Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania – not required;
• The electronic questionnaire must be filled before the actual arrival to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
