Royal Mail / Christmas Orders
Good evening all,
I hope everyone is ok and looking forward to the Christmas Break.
I wanted to personally give you all an update regarding pending orders, Royal Mail Strikes and Christmas Delivery.
First of all I just want to apologise to anyone who is currently waiting for your order. I have tried to reach out to all of you individually so I am sorry if I have missed anyone.
We have been working non stop to try and get on top of the sheer volume of orders that have been coming through. Which of course we are grateful for but was unexpected.
Any outstanding order was dispatched today or will be dispatched tomorrow and will be sent on a next day service to avoid any further delays.
Please feel free to call anytime and I will do everything I can to help ensure your order is ok and arrives on time for christmas.
If you are looking to place an order and want it to arrive before Christmas, please order ASAP.
