Hi BetterListener + WisdomFeed Friend,

We hope all is well with you...

There are many definitions of spiritual wellness, but at its core, spiritual wellness is about achieving harmony with one's surroundings.

When this occurs, it creates a sense of balance and wellbeing for everyone involved. It is important to remember that spiritual wellness is not about religion or beliefs; rather, it is about achieving a sense of peace and purpose in life.

Whether it is through meditation, nature walks, or simply spending time with loved ones, taking the time to nurture your spirituality can help you to lead a more fulfilling life.

There is no one right way to achieve spiritual wellness, and what works for one person may not work for another.

The important thing is to find what works for you and to live in a way that supports your own spiritual journey.

Digital Sabbath - What’s Your Phone Got To Do With it?

With the advent of digital devices, it's become increasingly difficult to unplug and disconnect from the constant stream of information and stimuli. For some, this can be a source of anxiety and stress.

However, there are ways to manage digital devices in a way that doesn't cause undue stress or strain on relationships. Jon Kabat-Zinn, suggests setting aside regular periods of time to disconnect from devices and reconnect with the present moment.

This can be done solo or with family and friends. Steve Stein, also recommends setting limits on device usage and establishing boundaries around when and where devices can be used.

We invite you to check out the short videos at WisdomFeed! today and welcome your feed back.
We want to hear from you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have suggestions, complaints or any questions at all.
