There are many things that people can do to improve their sleep and overall wellbeing.

One simple way to promote better sleep is to establish a regular bedtime routine. This means going to bed at the same time each night and waking up at the same time each morning, even on weekends.

Establishing this routine helps to regulate the body's natural sleep-wake cycle, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep.

People should also avoid working or using electronic devices in bed, as this can stimulate the mind and make it more difficult to fall asleep. In addition, creating a calm and relaxing environment in the bedroom can also help promote better sleep.

Finally, people should try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise each day, as this can help to relieve stress and promote a sense of wellbeing.
