Seasonal cocktail Recipe

Rhubarb and Ginger Gin with Mediterranean Tonic

With its essential oils, this fragrant tonic water perfectly complements the crisp notes and gentle spice of our Rhubarb & Ginger gin. This can be further enhanced with an aromatic garnish of kaffir lime leaf and lemon.

Ingredients

25ml Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
Mediterranean tonic
Kaffir lime leaf & lemon or rhubarb twist to garnish

Method

Add ice to a glass.
Pour the gin over ice and add tonic.
Garnish with kaffir lime and a lemon or rhubarb twist
