1. All items purchased in our clearance section are non refundable, you can exchange your item within 14 days.
2. As a result of volume and postage strikes, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary per location. There will be no discounts offered as a result of longer shipping times, all packages sent by standard delivery are trackable by bubu, if you want a speedier delivery, please select a tracked service at checkout
3. Our standard postage terms and conditions include free delivery for orders over £40 - any returns are at the customers cost and for an exchange only for items purchased in the clearance section.
4. Items may sell out and may not be available in different sizes or options to exchange, in this event a customer can select another item for the catalogue to the same value or receive a credit note
5. Items in our clearance sale are end of line items and once sold out will not be available again.
