In spring 2021, Carne Collective signed a deal with Agustin Mallmann to become the Argentinian beef subscription box company’s first brand ambassador and executive chef.
Beginning in April, Carne Collective will be featuring new recipes from Chef Mallmann each month in its subscription boxes.
“I hope I inspire people to cook more beef. My intention is not to feature super long recipes because I know most people don’t have the time for that. I just want to showcase the amazing beef in different ways, but to do so in a way that is very simple and easy for everyone to prepare at home.”
