Ryan here.

I was testing a new sample today and thought I'd share a quick clip.

The focus was simple: Waistband tension.
Too loose, and it moves when you run.
Too tight, and it feels restrictive when you lift.
The goal is to make it feel secure enough that you never have to think about it.

Sounds simple.
It isn't.

Sometimes we'll go through multiple versions of a product just to improve a detail most people never notice.
But those details are usually the difference between gear that's distracting and gear that disappears once the session starts.
That's the part of product development I enjoy most.
The things that don't show up in a product photo.
The things you only discover through testing.
