This September, we’re coming together to show 20,000 people in rural Mali that nothing can stand in the way of generosity. And you can help.

The 2020 campaign officially kicks off on September 1st, but you don't have to wait to get started. Join us as a fundraiser, create your campaign page, and start spreading the word.

A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE SEPTEMBER CAMPAIGN

We created the first September Campaign in 2007 to celebrate charity: water’s birthday and bring clean water to the Mogotio Health Centre in Kenya. For the next nine years, thousands of people participated in September Campaigns—including many of you!—and we transformed the future for communities around the world.

Our goal this September is to fund clean and safe water for 20,000 people in Mali, a West African country with frequent sandstorms, relentless heat, and water sources that are centuries old.

Together, we can transform the future for families who’ve endured life without clean water for too long.

Join our digital launch event next Monday

We are kicking off the 2020 September Campaign with a live Zoom event on Monday, August 31st, and we’d love to see you there. We’ll share more about the people of Mali, our goals for this campaign, and how you can get involved. There are two different time slots available, so pick the one that works best for you!
