We hope you've had a happy week - especially considering it was Blue Monday only a few days ago, claimed to be 'the most depressing day of the year' - yikes! Sure, it's not 100% scientific, but it's based around the average weather conditions across the Northern Hemisphere - usually cold and rainy. 

One way to get yourself out of the blues is to meditate. And meditation has proven to improve behaviour, school results, and reduce stress and ADHD in kids. So this week we are exploring how you can meditate with your little ones.
