Sugar Awareness Week is here

What's new at Chewy HQ?

With the weekend almost here, Sugar Awareness Week is coming to a close…it’s time to tuck into some cake! Just kidding. But who doesn’t like a sweet treat every now and then? The key here is moderation, and an awareness of the (often overlooked) effects it can have on your health, when consumed daily (and to excess…oops).
This week’s blog is about re-examining our relationship with sugar and restriction. It’s about taking all that’s sweet with a pinch of salt -without sacrificing any of the fun.
Stay tuned for next week’s recipe.

Have a great weekend,

Verena Klanner
