COVID 19 DELAYED SHIPPING AT USPS HUB IN PROVIDENCE
12-18-2021
Dear Customers,
I wanted to reach out via email (and our contact page on our website) and let you know that orders made with USPS as far back the December 11th may not make it to their destinations by Christmas time. UPS shipments are also late but look like they will be on time.
A portion of orders between Amazon and our website used USPS. We delivered these via our own truck to the local distribution center to help bypass delays. By doing so they did not get scanned and look as if they have not been shipped.
USPS then takes those to the Providence hub to be scanned, sorted and shipped. I was alerted that a COVID outbreak at the distribution center has slowed processing down drastically over the last several days. So some items have not been scanned in.
Because your purchase may not make it for the holiday we are offering 100% free returns and refunds if you choose not to keep your coffee.
How to return your product for a full refund:
When the package arrives please let us know. We will generate a return label and issue a refund to you at that time. If your order shipped USPS Expect delays right up to the new year.
I want to thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. This pandemic has been extremely difficult on our small family business.
