Dear Cronycle User,

We're excited to announce the launch of language support (beta) in Cronycle feeds to surface and filter content by language!
This update marks the start of content discovery across nine of the most popular business languages. It introduces a language filter in feeds, allowing you to quickly select which languages you want displayed in your feeds.

In the coming months, we'll also extend translations to the Cronycle Topic graph, so you can automatically surface trusted, relevant content from the global community without having to execute a search in multiple languages.
Languages currently supported
For this first (beta) release, we’ve included the following languages as filters:
  • 🇬🇧 English
  • 🇫🇷 French
  • 🇩🇪 German
  • 🇮🇳 Hindi
  • 🇮🇹 Italian
  • 🇯🇵 Japanese
  • 🇨🇳 Mandarin
  • 🇵🇹 Portuguese
  • 🇪🇸 Spanish
This is just a start. We’re happy to receive your suggestions for other languages we should add as part of our Enterprise offering, or to prioritize translation for specific topics you recommend:
What this update could mean for your business
Language support can be profoundly valuable to individuals and companies competing in markets where developments and innovation are happening globally, or for those that operate in local markets with a great deal of language diversity.
How does the language filter work?
By default, all languages are allowed in your feed. To filter by one or several languages, follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the globe icon in your feed menu.
2. Check the language(s) you want to include.
3. The feed refreshes and shows only content in the selected languages. All others are excluded, even those not in the list.
You'll soon start to see alternate forms of content appear in several languages for Topics. This allows you to search Topics by name in various supported languages.
The language filter applies to all collaborators on the feed. Learn more about reducing noise from your feeds with this filtering tutorial.
