Delicious Cherry Vanilla Cheesecake Squares with B Vitamins!
This recipe is made using Whole Foods. It is raw (not cooked) and can be made vegan by simply omitting the honey. It’s gluten free and packed full of protein, healthy fats, fiber, antioxidants, minerals and b-vitamins. Squares can be stored in the freezer for months. We love sharing this recipe at gatherings and even birthday parties. It’s a great way to introduce Cymbiotika Synergy B-12 to friends and family. Let’s us know if you end up making this!   • ½ cup sprouted walnuts
  • ½ cup macadamia  
  • ½ cup soaked dates chopped
  • (you can add in some 1-2 tbsp of cacao powder if you’d like a chocolate base)
Cherry Cheesecake layer
  • 1 ½ cup pitted fresh cherries or frozen
  • ½ cup soaked macadamia (soak for 4 hours, rinse and drain) 
  • Sweetener of choice - Monkfruit or stevia for no sugar; or maple syrup, dates, or
honey for a richer sweeter taste.
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 or more pumps of Cymbiotika B12 

Vanilla Cheesecake layer

  • 1 ½ cups soaked macadamia
  • ½ cup sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • ÂĽ cup spring water


  • Cacao nibs
  • Fresh cherries
  • Edible flowers 

Crust - Place all the crust ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until crumbly. Line a cake tin with baking parchment and turn the crust mixture into it. Press firmly to the edges using the back of your fingers. Place in freezer for 30 mins.

Vanilla Layer - Add all the ingredients and blend or blitz until smooth and creamy.
Take the crust out of the freezer and carefully pour in the vanilla cheesecake mixture, scraping down the sides with a spatula. Smooth with a spatula until it is completely even and return to freezer for an hour.

Cherry Layer - Add the cherries, sweetener of choice and lemon juice. Blitz until completely smooth, it should be liquid like. Next add the macadamia, coconut oil, and Cymbiotika B12 and blitz until completely smooth and creamy. It should be quite thick. Taste for sweetness, if you prefer it sweeter then add a little more sweet.

When the Vanilla layer has set carefully pour over the Cherry mixture. Smooth with a spatula, and place in the freezer for several hours. When it has set, transfer to the fridge for 30mins before trying to remove it from the mold. Sprinkle over the toppings of choice and enjoy!
