Hagstrom Viking Bass
Viking Bass
Introduced as the Concord bass in 1965, Hagstrom’s Viking Bass injects some tactfully chosen vigour into an all-time classic design. This meticulously crafted semi-hollow bass with a short 30.75-inch (781 mm) scale is fitted with Hagstrom’s custom-voiced Dyna-Rail humbucking pickups. From 60’s Brit-rock to modern day low-end goodness, the Viking Bass delivers ear-candy galore.
Hagstrom Max Mandarin
Ultra Max
The Ultra Max shares the same smaller concept of the Ultra Swede, but with a slightly larger proportioned mahogany body topped with a thick custom carved flame maple top. The body joins to a mahogany set neck utilising a mortise and tenon neck joint with a 25.5” scale length. Its sleek and ultra-comfortable fast neck is paralleled with a pair of Custom 60 Alnico-5 pickups with eloquent Aluminium brushed covers, delivering a cutting voice that this instrument demands.
Hagstrom Semi Hollow
Alvar
Within Norse Mythology of millennia far past, the warrior-elf god “Alvar” was a distinguished mighty warrior. This semi-hollow bodied instrument in its “petite” body size, will be a perfect match for players searching for a semi-hollow in a smaller compact form. Alvar is a reigning force despite its diminutive proportions and elements.
Hagstrom Lefty
Fantomen Lefty
A collaboration between the design team at Hagstrom the Swedish band Ghost, Fantomen (Swedish for “The Phantom”) transports Hagstrom’s legendary playability and technical excellence into a new, edgier realm. Hagstrom's goal was to equip the Fantomen with electronics that would allow for a varied tonal palette ranging from classic, vintage colours to screaming metallic brilliance. The result covers an immense expressive range; from smooth, warm tones to the kind of attack and intense dynamic output that would satisfy the demands of even the most extreme musical styles.
