Summer is up and dancing (check out the highlights in ourinstafor a sneek peeks!)In Amsterdam, wefloated 23 storiesto the top of the A'DAM LOOKOUT and danced with a panoramic view of the city.The energy in NYC this week wasa palpable reminder that this world is full of beautiful souls, just looking tobelong. Finallyin Austin, we sealed Pride 2018 with a kiss and a morning of pure magic.

What's next? Weve been invited to kick off anepicinstallation inside the National Building Museum.Imagine dancing by a swimming pool filled with hundreds of thousands of recyclable plastic balls...If you're in D.C. this Friday, come play!

DANCING ON MY OWN

I attended my first Daybreaker by myself at the Adler Planetarium. The yoga during the sunrise was such a stimulating way to wake up (and I am nota morning person by any means!)Everyone was friendly and before going inside for the dance party, I was talking and connecting with others outside taking pictures of the sunrise together with strangers.

I will say, I am not normally comfortable dancing in public, but something about thisenvironment made it easy to get on the dance floor and just be. Maybe because its like 5 or6 in the morning,so no one really minds, but Ididn'tfeel the need to try and impress anyone.

I talked with a few community membersafter dancing, and we said wed see each other at the next event. I havent made it back to one (yet!), but Im very much looking forward to going again! Waking up on the dance floor was the most positive way to start the day.I wentinto work that morning with a huge jolt of positive emotions and energy.

Kinda makes you wonder what else is possible when you start the day on such a high.

3 Easy Practicesto Include in your Morning Routine:harness energy, boost your mood, and sync up with your body clock.

Swap your morning coffeewith breath of fires.Take 5-15 minutes with this breathing practice. BOFs purify yourblood andrelease deposits from the lungs. Instead of relying on a caffeine kick, BOFs generatenatural energythroughout your body.

Start the day on a high note with music.The mood we tap into first thing in the morning will set the tone for the rest of the day. Cue a few feelgood tunes while you're getting ready for the day.Fifteenminutes after hearing a song you love, yourbrain willflooddopamine (science says!).

Reset your circadian rhythm. Throw open the curtainsand soak in the sunshine. Sun exposure tells your brain it's time to start the day and will give you aboost in energy.This practice willalso reset your own circadian rhythm if it's been out of whack recently.#lifehack
