We're dancing to a pink, purple and orange Fall sunrise in Brooklyn. After a magical sold out Central Park experience that left us feeling gooey things, we gather again — this time, floating in the air — on the iconic rooftop at The William Vale with surround sound skyline views in Williamsburg, BK.
Here's what's on the horizon:
We'll flow through dreamy sun-salutations with yogi Alyssa Arroyo while the sun rises over Manhattan. Then, two of our fave movement conductors, Carlita and MC Elliott LaRue, will take us on a sonic journey into unadulterated bliss. Oh, there's more: our Daybreaker leadership Coach Beth Weissenberger will wrap up the morning with a closing accountability practice to help us transcend into the day with an overwhelming sense of possibility and abundance. 💫 We have chills.
