It took 2020 for us to realize that we were tired of the cortisol spikes, the sweat drenched clothes, the running on fumes, the constant comparison and the stress wrinkles that come from working out. From being alive.

We wanted more than just something that chiseled and exhausted—but we still wanted to move our bodies and our minds. Something that would offset the cortisol, trigger laughter and smile wrinkles, enerize us and just make us feel deeply, deeply joyful.

We wanted to bundle up all the feelings we've ever shared dancing at sunrise together, but bring them to your home and back them up with science to make them extra potent.

D.O.S.E. by Daybreaker is our expression of that need. It's not just an on-demand membership platform, it's a community.
