Wow. Last day of the year and what a wild one it's been.
For so many of us, this is the day we look back on the past 365 days, unpacking memories, digging up photos, reflecting on all we've done (or not done) and recalibrating our intentions for all that's to come. 2020 was not an easy year—but it was one full of growth and transformation... For all of us.
In this reflective work, we all ask the big question — was I happy this year?

Daybreaker's biggest accomplishment of 2020 was working together with the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley to develop a free quiz to do just that. Just 40 quick questions to do a brain-body scan and check in on where you're at right now before setting new resolutions for 2021.
It only takes 10-15 minutes, and the findings have been game changing for our community members. Mapping our happiness is essential to understanding everything in our lives.
And now we are sharing this blueprint with the world (for free!) so that all humans can understand their own happy hormones, see what they need and get a personalized prescription on how to get it.
