Dear friend — A dewey Central Park morning in nature beckons...

Just imagine:

The sun rises as you weave into the world's most iconic urban green space to find this magical reunion settling below the eaves. We are deep in this 843 acre wonderland as Lexie Lowell plucks her harp as yoga maven Karine Plantadit brings us into sync, breath by breath. 

Then, Victorien brings the beats and we shake it all out, to move it all in. Above us the leaves begin to turn, and we spin into bliss. The dawn breaking at our own exuberant

Wednesday, September 29th at 6am, we gather on the stones of Summit Rock at Central Park.

The dress code is rural-chic. Those trusty flannels, classic overalls, and autumn colors will have us united in the gather.

We'll sip clean energy 🌱 drinks from Runa to stay in the light. 🌖
