HEAT: Attach the back plug and smallest silicone tip to one of the molds and drop it into boiling water—one mold at a time. Wait 5 minutes, then safely retrieve with a metal spoon. |

SHAPE: Allow mold to cool for 30 seconds. Then, insert into ear and gently shape to your unique contour. Leave mold in for 2 min so it retains the new form once removed. |

GO: Once you’ve repeated these two steps for the second mold, adjust the silicone tips as necessary, and enjoy. Re-mold as often as necessary for the perfect fit. |
